Exchange-First Policy

At WARP N WOOF, every piece is inspected before it leaves the atelier. We operate an exchange-first policy: if something is not right, we will exchange or repair it wherever possible.

Ready to Ship

Eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Made to Order & Made to Measure

Crafted specifically for you — these pieces are final sale. Minor variations inherent to handwork are not defects.

Sale Pieces

Final sale — no exchange or return.

Refunds

Where an exchange is not possible (defect, unavailability), we issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned piece, or store credit if you prefer.
