Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.

- Made-to-order & made-to-measure pieces — crafted specifically for you and therefore final sale. Minor variations in embroidery, colour and embellishment are inherent to handwork and are not considered defects.
- Sale pieces — final sale, no exchange or return.
Defects
In the rare case of a manufacturing fault, we will repair or exchange the piece, or issue store credit — at your preference, subject to assessment by our team.
